A cancer diagnosis is a life-altering event. Every person experiences something different. At Katmai Oncology, our philosophy is to take a holistic and tailored approach to patient care. Our expert staff is attentive and engaged; working collaboratively with each patient to create a treatment plan that is individual to them.

The First Steps

  • When calling to make your first appointment, please have the following information ready: - Referring physician name and office telephone - Patient name, address, contact phone, Social Security number - Insurance provider and account number - Primary diagnosis (the reason for the appointment) - Patient medical records

A note about patient medical records:

  • Official medical records need to be received by Katmai Oncology Group at least 24 hours prior to patient appointment. The referring physician’s office can assist in making arrangements. Medical records can be hand delivered, mailed or faxed to the Katmai offices.
